PUF (Polyurethane Foam) panels are the most widely used cleanroom wall and ceiling system. The rigid, closed-cell polyurethane foam core offers excellent thermal insulation, structural rigidity, and near-zero air permeability-critical for maintaining cleanroom pressure differentials and temperature stability.
The galvanised steel skins are coated with anti-bacterial, chemical-resistant powder coating in white or custom RAL colours. Flush joint profiles eliminate ledges where contamination can collect.
