Lennox designs, manufactures, and installs the complete electrical infrastructure for cleanroom facilities-from HV switchgear and transformers to LT distribution boards, MCCs, APFC panels, and UPS systems. Our in-house panel shop is equipped for Type-Tested assemblies to IEC 61439 standards.

High Tension (HT) Panels

Lennox High Tension panels cover the full medium voltage switchgear scope required for large cleanroom campuses and industrial facilities-from the incoming utility incomer (TNEB/MSEDCL HV supply) through bus-coupler arrangements, feeder panels, and dedicated transformer feeders. Each HT switchgear cubicle houses vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), numerical protection relays, metering CTs/PTs, and bus-bar chambers designed and tested to IEC 62271-200 metal-enclosed switchgear standards.

Our HT panel designs incorporate microprocessor-based numerical protection relays (IDMT, differential, over-current, earth fault, busbar protection) from Schneider, Siemens, ABB, or equivalent, with SCADA integration via IEC 61850 GOOSE messaging or legacy MODBUS RTU. We provide full Type Test Reports (TTRs) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) witnessed by the client or third-party inspector before despatch.

Low Tension (LT) Distribution Panels

Lennox Low Tension panels cover the complete 415V/ 3-phase power distribution hierarchy within cleanroom buildings-from the HT/LT transformer secondary (Main LT Panel/ MLTP) through Sub-Distribution Boards (SDBs) to Final Distribution Boards (FDBs) feeding individual loads (HVAC panels, lighting, sockets, process equipment, UPS). Each panel assembly is designed and type-tested to IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2, with Form 4 Type 4b internal segregation for GMP pharmaceutical facilities where live-bus partial maintenance is required without shutting down adjacent circuits.
